Cancellation and Payment Policy

Chancery Guest House maintains a strict cancellation policy.

After the acceptable period, patrons canceling reservations will be charged the full room rate plus tax for first night of the room or meeting hall reservation.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in.

Because of the uncertainty involved in filling rooms on short notice, patrons canceling reservations after the acceptable period will be charged the full room rate plus tax for one night. We will, however, credit patrons if we are able to re-let the rooms for the original reservation period.  Please be courteous enough to inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans.

Upon departure, full payment will be accepted in cash (USD or Pakistani Rupees) or credit card. Personal checks will not be acceptable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and if your company is on penal then we send bills to your company for the settlement within 15 days after receiving of the bills.
